2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

When using URL Now Short, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Content Restrictions: Do not shorten URLs that lead to websites containing adult material, or any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that may contain viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Redirection Rules: Avoid using URL Now Short to shorten URLs that redirect to websites with the prohibited content mentioned above.
• Illegal and Unauthorized Use: Do not use URL Now Short for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, adult content, child exploitation, or any form of harassment or abuse.
• Incentivized Clicks: Do not offer incentives or solicit clicks on your shortened links.
• Spam and Manipulation: Avoid spamming websites, forums, or blogs with URL Now Short URLs. Do not use any form of fake or automated traffic, including but not limited to iframes, redirects, bots, VPNs, or proxies.
• Self-Clicks: You are prohibited from clicking on your own shortened URLs to generate revenue. We reserve the right to withhold payment for such actions.
• Third-Party Tools: The use of third-party tools, such as 1shortlink.com or LinkSpy, is strictly prohibited.
• Redirect Loops: Creating redirect loops using URL Now Short URLs or similar services to generate additional revenue is not allowed.
• Malicious Software: Do not transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans, or other harmful code.
• Interference: Do not interfere with other publishers using the URL Now Short service.
• Account Restrictions: Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts, especially under your referral URL, to generate additional referral commissions is forbidden.
• Inactive Accounts: If your account remains inactive for more than six months, it will be automatically closed, and any unpaid balance may be forfeited.
• Misuse of Contact System: Avoid abusing the contact system by sending premature payment requests or providing false or incomplete data.
• Traffic Exchange Advertising: Advertising URL Now Short on traffic exchange websites and PTC (Paid-to-Click) websites is not permitted.

3. POLICY COMPLIANCE AND COOPERATION

As a URL Now Short publisher, you are required to cooperate fully with our Policy Team in case of any issues or concerns. This includes:

• Providing detailed information about your traffic sources and shared links upon request.
• Promptly supplying any additional information required by the Policy Team to verify compliance.
• Adhering to decisions made by the Policy Team, whether based on submitted information or not, as these decisions are final.

Failure to cooperate or provide the necessary information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. ACCOUNT INACTIVITY AND TERMINATION

URL Now Short reserves the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than six months, which includes both publisher earnings and referral earnings. Upon termination, any unpaid balance in the account may be withheld.

5. DATA RETENTION AND PRIVACY

If you request account deactivation, please note that URL Now Short may retain certain information, including shortened links, statistical data, and financial information used for withdrawals. All stored information is secured on encrypted servers to ensure your privacy and data security.

By continuing to use URL Now Short, you agree to stay informed of and comply with any updates or changes to these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
